Zosha is a private application for authorized RDL Eagle Trade Inc personnel. Use is subject to RDL policies, assigned permissions, confidentiality duties and supervisory controls.
Authorized users may use Zosha to review information, prepare drafts, identify exceptions and submit supported work for human approval.
Users remain responsible for verifying accuracy, evidence, rates, tax treatment, customer references and approvals. Zosha does not replace professional, accounting, customs, legal or managerial judgment.
Zosha may not independently send or issue QuickBooks invoices, release payments, make binding customs decisions, or bypass approval controls. Attempts to exceed assigned permissions are prohibited.
The application may be suspended for maintenance, security, compliance or operational reasons. RDL may change or withdraw access at any time.
