Zosha is an internal operations tool controlled by RDL Eagle Trade Inc. It processes business information only for authorized RDL workflows.
Depending on the approved workflow, Zosha may process QuickBooks customer, item, invoice and transaction data; Jira and Confluence records; company email; Slack approvals; shipment references; supporting documents; and audit metadata.
Information is used to reconcile operational evidence, prepare human-reviewable costings and invoice drafts, detect missing or inconsistent information, and maintain security and approval records.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel and approved service providers supporting hosting, communications, accounting and AI-assisted processing. RDL does not sell information processed by Zosha. QuickBooks invoices remain unsent drafts until an authorized person completes the company’s review and issue process.
Connections use encrypted transport, credentials are stored separately with restricted permissions, and consequential actions are logged. Records are retained and deleted according to RDL’s operational, accounting, legal and security requirements.
